Culver City

Culver City is a hip, up-and-coming, and diverse community that is the full package for those who enjoy going out, eclectic food, and a central location. It’s also very walkable with plenty of access to local transportation. It is a large district that is located between Palms, Playa Vista, Del Rey, and Mar Vista, and it is easy to travel to because of its proximity to Interstates 10, 405, and 105. This part of Los Angeles is considered a local hub for young professionals and college students. It is also the headquarters of several entertainment studios such as Sony Pictures Entertainment, the NFL Network, and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios.

With Culver City steadily growing in popularity, the cost of living has significantly grown throughout the years. What used to be a very affordable place to live has now become one of Los Angeles’ pricier locations. For more of a community feel, Veterans Park is close to several restaurants and bars, similar to those in downtown Culver, and there are many well-maintained, mid-sized condominium buildings available for professionals. Residences close to Overland, Jefferson, and Sepulveda have more luxury housing available for those who can afford to spend a little bit more. For a more urban vibe with a diverse mixture of professionals and young families, Fox Hills, located around South Culver, has a variety of townhomes and condominiums.
